In spite of an economic and social economic situation always moderate, the projections of the European Union continue. Victory of the pro-Europeans leaders of Serbia, agreement between Cyprus of North and the South, advanced European economic Area , agreements and support for the investments in Brazil. The European Union not only continuous to widen the list of the candidates at the EU and in an economic zone of free exchange but it opens zones of influence in Latin America. It remains however to be checked if the exit of the presidential elections in the United States will not come to ruin the plans of the leaders of the EU. The representatives of the EU invest in the culture. If the European movie is still far behind Hollywood, the EU tries to propose in the world an European culture which is not yet obvious to symbolize in single model. If the force of Europe is its diversity and its unit, its weakness is to cultivate marked nationalism and the absence of diversity in the sets of themes and the treatments of subjects which profit from financial funds.
